BREAKING: huge vehicle pileup on hwy 400 in Ontario [VIDEO]

Absolutely insane car pileup south of Barrie, Ontario after blizzard conditions pounded the area last night into this morning. Heavy snow and blinding whiteouts continue for the area. Highway 400 southbound is closed (see below).
