Trans-Canada hwy closes in Manitoba

Ground blizzard and blowing snow conditions are continuing to impact southern Manitoba. As predicted by Weatherlogics‘ road forecasting tool, the Trans-Canada Highway hs just closed from Winnipeg to Portage La Prairie.
